Some reminders of things to add to your rental to insure repeat guests!

Nice sheets and linens. Not only is a comfy mattress a big deal but the sheets and bedspread you use also makes a huge difference.

Soft, large bath towels. (this goes for beach towels too) Remember our winter guests fly in (snow BIRDS) and they don’t pack beach towels so have plenty on hand for them to use.

Beach toys,chairs,umbrellas, coolers etc. Anything that would make your trip to the beach complete.

For those rainy days be sure to have cards, games and movies on hand. A flash light comes in handy also if the power is out. I like to add the camping lanterns and a small hurricane kit with batteries, water,the local hurricane guide that comes out in the paper each year telling them what to do and expect.

Leaving food isn’t necessary but it’s nice to have some cleaning supplies and the basics like ketchup and mustard,salt and pepper.

The more personal you make the unit with little notes welcoming them and telling them what your favorite things to do while you are here the more they will feel like guests in your home vs a hotel suite.
