General Information For Our Siesta Key Guests
- All rentals of 6 months or less are subject to 13% Florida tourism/sales tax.
- Please add 5% processing fee to all rental rates.
- Processing fee and 25% of rental rate are required to reserve unit.
- The balance of rent, tax, and damage/security deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Reservations with pets require a $200 NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee.
- All units are Non-Smoking. Please do not smoke inside or near open windows or doors.
