Beautiful 5th floor condo with private beach and stunning water views from every room! Spacious open-concept 2 bedroom featuring a large updated gourmet kitchen with granite counters, large bedrooms and screened/glassed lanai spanning the entire width of the unit. Upper end furnishings throughout with comfortable leather seating in the living room, which leads out to the relaxing lanai. King beds in both bedrooms, with an ensuite bathroom and lanai access from the master. Ensuite master bathroom has a large shower. Guest bathroom is located near the guest bedroom and has a shower/tub combo. Washer/dryer are provided in the unit. TV's are in the living room & both bedrooms & free WiFi and cable are provided.
Fisherman's Haven is a friendly community located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and nestled on the quieter southern end of Siesta Key just south of Turtle Beach. Direct beach front property with the Gulf on one side and the Bay on the other side. Enjoy long walks & beautiful sunsets from the private beach, take a dip in the heated pool, or fish from the bay waters at the rear of the property (on-site fish cleaning is station provided). A bbq grill is also provided on-site. Secure gated community close to restaurants, shopping and night time entertainment. Turtle's Restaurant and Ophelia's on the Bay are both very close & you can dine on the water. Hop on the free Siesta Key Breeze trolley at Turtle Beach and ride to Siesta Key Village, Crescent Beach, and other points of interest on the island.
RENTAL POLICY: A one month minimum is required and it must be the first day of the month to the last day of the month unless management approves an exception prior to booking.
PARKING INFORMATION: One assigned parking space is provided per unit and a parking pass will be assigned upon check in. Some parking spaces are covered, and some are not. On-site guest parking is limited, and not guaranteed. You must request a short-term visitor parking pass from us if you will have guests visiting during your stay. Violation of the parking rules may result in your vehicle being towed.

The unit 504 is at the “back” of the building overlooking the waterway rather than in front looking out to sea. To our taste this provided a more interesting view. The unit is well maintained and very comfortably furnished. We were also happy to be located towards the south end of Siesta Key, away from the busier north end.
